Post-Allocation Protocol

While we provide the mechanism to dispute leads as a courtesy to our investors, it's important to remember:

We anticipate that our investors will make every possible effort to work with the leads provided, even if they occasionally fall into one the disputable categories.

Disputable Categories Include:

• Mobile home leads
• Vacant land leads
• Leads listed for sale on the MLS
• Duplicate leads (which may have bypassed our pre-allocation filters)
• Leads of properties being offered by other investors
