What Happens When You Reach Your Monthly Budget?

Reaching your monthly budget on MotivatedSellers.com affects your lead delivery and participation in auctions. In this section, we’ll explain what happens when your budget is fully spent, how to manage your lead flow with adjustments or credits, and what steps you can take to resume receiving leads.

Each time we receive a lead, a real-time mini auction determines which investor will receive it. The auction considers several factors, including your bid, available budget, and dispute score. As your current month's spending nears your monthly budget, your participation in auctions will decrease, slowing down and eventually stopping your lead flow.

If your bid in a specific county exceeds your remaining budget (including any available credits), your account will not participate in the auction for that lead. However, if the lead is in a county where your bid fits within your remaining budget, your account will be included in the auction.

Receiving lead credits from disputes can also cause your account to re-enter auctions before the month ends, using those credits to cover the cost of new leads.

If you'd like to resume receiving leads before the next billing cycle, you can increase your monthly budget at any time by logging into your account and adjusting your settings. This allows you to continue receiving leads immediately, without waiting for the automatic budget reset.

Your budget resets on the first day of each month, and lead delivery will resume automatically without any further action on your part.
