How To Return an Invalid Lead

Learn how to open a dispute for a lead on MotivatedSellers.com. Follow our simple step-by-step process to submit a dispute, select a reason, and provide supporting evidence for review.


If you need to open a dispute for a lead, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on MotivatedSellers.com.
  2. Navigate to the My Leads page from the top menu to view your list of leads.
  3. Locate the lead you wish to dispute and click on it's corresponding Lead ID.
  4. Under the disputes section, select Open Dispute. If the option to open a dispute is not visible, it indicates that the dispute period for that lead has expired.
  5. Choose the appropriate dispute reason from the dropdown menu. For detailed information on which types of leads are eligible for return, please refer to our Lead Return Policy.
  6. Provide any relevant details and, if applicable, upload supporting evidence to help expedite the review process.
  7. Confirm that your dispute is genuine by checking the certification box.

After submitting your dispute, our team will review your case, and if approved, your account will be credited as soon as possible.
